Chef Brandon Green received his training at the Los Angeles Le Cordon Bleu. Green graduated the program with honors and went on to create dishes for such clients as Leah Remini of King of Queens, as well as working under the famed chef James Boyce of Montage restaurant in Laguna Beach, CA.
Chef Brandon has utilized his culinary skills to create a fresh, organic, peanut-free menu for Robin’s Nest Daycare and Preschool, to expose children to healthy, delicious foods at an early age. All meals that Chef Brandon has created for the new menu are prepared with locally grown organic ingredients. Spending much of his life in California, Chef Brandon has truly embraced the idea of a holistic lifestyle. “The fresher the products are, the better they are for you. The nutrients are still there, and the food hasn’t been processed; going green in your meals is truly one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself,” says Chef Brandon.
After having recently moved to the York area with his wife and 3 children, we are very excited and privileged to have Chef Brandon as a part of our team. His innovative selections for the preschool menu provide a fun approach to food and will make our students taste buds tingle.
